Nqobi leads our bespoke woodwork, from custom cabinetry and built-in features to freestanding
furniture and unique, handcrafted pieces.
With years of experience running his own business, he brings skilled craftsmanship, practical
problem-solving and a meticulous eye for detail to every project. He also helps coordinate the work
on site, working closely with the team and the different trades involved to address practical
challenges, maintain clear communication and keep the project moving forward. His hands-on involvement helps ensure that each design is translated into a beautifully crafted,
practical and carefully finished result.

KITCHEN AND BATHROOM DESIGN
Gail brings creative vision and practical experience to Tout le Monde.
Having previously owned and managed her own kitchen business, she has extensive experience
guiding projects from the initial concept and design through to manufacturing, installation and
completion.
She believes good design is about more than appearance. It begins with understanding how people
live, how they move through their homes and what they need from a space every day.
With a natural ability to see the potential in a space, Gail translates ideas into kitchens and
bathrooms that are functional, timeless and personal.

TEAM COLLABORATION & DECISION MAKING
Cecile helps bring the team together and creates an environment in which every person feels heard,
valued and able to contribute their strengths.
Her focus is on helping the team communicate openly, make clear and practical decisions together,
and continue moving forward towards shared goals.
She believes that strong teams are built through mutual respect, shared responsibility and a
willingness to listen to different perspectives. By supporting collaboration and accountability within
the team, she helps create a way of working that is both inclusive and effective.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CLIENT RELATIONS
Corné is a natural connector.
His strengths lie in networking, marketing and building genuine relationships with clients,
suppliers, skilled tradespeople and industry partners.
He helps create opportunities for Tout le Monde and brings together the people and resources
needed to support the team and its projects.
Corné believes that strong businesses and successful projects are built on trust, clear communication
and lasting relationships.
